What counts as "Overtime"?
Most rentals are for 10 hours. If you start at 8:00 AM, your time ends at 6:00 PM. If you want to stay out for a sunset dinner and return at 8:00 PM, you will simply pay the driver the overtime rate (usually IDR 150,000 per hour) directly in cash.
Can the driver pick me up directly from the airport?
Yes. You will need to provide your flight number. The driver will wait at the arrivals hall with a sign with your name. Note that airport parking is a few dollars extra, and the "10-hour clock" usually starts from the moment they pick you up.
Can I book for just a half-day?
