Our Service Commitment

PT Orin Tripora Group is responsible for organizing and executing the tours listed on https://tripora.id. We ensure that all tour equipment, guides, and transportation meet our internal safety and quality standards.

Payments & Processing

We offer secure payment processing through two primary gateways:

  • Xendit: Primarily for International and local Credit and Debit Card,  Indonesian bank transfers, E-Wallets, and QRIS.
  • PayPal: Primarily for international credit card payments and PayPal account holders.

By confirming a booking, you agree to the transaction fees (if any) applied by these providers.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

This section is the most important for your specific business model.We understand that plans can change. To provide the best service, we have established a clear refund timeline:

Standard Refund Timeline

  • Full Refund: To receive a 100% refund of your booking price, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time (local time).
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the tour start time are generally non-refundable, as we have already committed resources, staff, and equipment to your booking.
  • No-Shows: If you do not arrive at the designated pickup point or meeting location at the scheduled time, the booking will be marked as a “No-Show” and is non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To cancel and request a refund, please:

  1. Visit the “Manage Booking” section on our website OR
  2. Email us at hi@tripora.id with your Booking ID.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (PayPal or via Xendit bank transfer). Please note that while we process refunds immediately, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.

3. Specific Tour Details

Important Note: While our general policy is a 24-hour full refund, some specific expeditions or multi-day packages may have unique requirements (e.g., non-refundable permits or hotel deposits).

Please always check the “Cancellation Policy” section on the specific tour detail page before finalizing your booking.
